If you need to make a complaint…
In the unlikely event that you may be unhappy with any aspect of our services to you, please make a complaint in writing to Dr. H Raza.
This complaint can be posted into the suggestion box in the waiting area, mailed to us at 10 Thurloe Street, South Kensington, London, SW7 2ST or simply handed to Saba or Teresa at the reception.
We aim to respond to all complaints within 7 days and resolve them within 28 days.
We encourage your suggestion so we can improve our services to you.
